Log in with your Ohio State username (name.#) and password.
Once directed to the Applicant (or Student) Center, click "Orientation Information" and follow the instructions.
Save the confirmation page for your records.You won't be sent a confirmation, but you will be able to log in again and see this confirmation page at any time.
