Ohio State's orientation program is required of all new Buckeyes and will help you get off to a strong start!
Reserving your orientation date
(Due to scheduled maintenance, the registration system will be unavailable
from 11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 13, through 4:30 p.m. Sunday, June 14, 2009.)
1. Before reserving your orientation date you should:
Check the accuracy of the academic area of study provided with your orientation mailing.
Consult with your guest(s) about their availability. Once a reservation is made, the date cannot be changed online.
2. Complete the registration process:
Login here with your OSUID and password (this is the same ID number you've been using throughout the Admissions process and is included in your orientation mailings).
From there you will be directed to the Applicant (or Student) Center. Click on the "Orientation Information" link and follow the instructions.
Important notes:
Be sure to print the confirmation page for your records. (You will not be mailed a confirmation).
If you lose your orientation information, you can access your confirmation by logging back in (see #2 above).
On your orientation reservation confirmation page, you will be given a link to reserve orientation housing and/or meals packages if you will be attending a program as a freshman for Autumn Quarter.
You are strongly encouraged to attend the earliest orientation program possible for your area of study.
